Studio Policies

Clear guidelines to keep every House of Pilates session seamless, respectful, and enjoyable for our community.

Important

All prices mentioned on the website are exclusive of 5% taxes.

Class Bookings

We encourage clients to adhere to the slot selected at the time of purchasing their package. In exceptional cases, a one-time rescheduling may be accommodated, subject to availability.

Cancellations

Group Classes

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session or incurring a late cancellation fee.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit.

Private Sessions

  • Require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full or count as used, unless due to an emergency and approved at the studio’s discretion.

Package Freeze/Pause Policy

  • Packages can be frozen once per cycle, for up to 3 weeks, provided that duration remains within the active package period.
  • A 15% freezing fee will apply.
  • All freeze requests are subject to studio approval.

Package Extensions

  • Extensions may be granted once per cycle in the event of illness, injury, or emergency, with valid documentation.
  • Requests must be made prior to the package expiry date.
  • While we strive to accommodate genuine cases, extensions cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for unused classes, missed sessions, or late cancellations.
  • Exceptions may be made for documented medical conditions or relocations, at the studio’s discretion.

Payment Method

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI payments (Google Pay, PayTM, PhonePe, etc.), and cash.

Class Packages

All packages and individual sessions must be paid in full at the time of purchase to confirm your booking.

Drop-in Classes

Payment must be made in advance to reserve your spot.
